Calibrated against actual and forecast utility and meter data, these models generate a clear picture of energy flow throughout a building. The resulting Digital Building Energy Performance Model can be tailored to suit both detailed engineering analysis and high-level management decision-making.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The modelling results identify <strong>energy efficiency<\/strong> and operational <strong>carbon emission<\/strong> issues of varying scale and complexity. Drawing on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ribaj.com\/intelligence\/future-homes-and-building-standards-explainer\/\">Future Homes and Future Buildings Standards<\/a>, we advise on the appropriate actions to help building owners and operators meet their energy efficiency and decarbonisation objectives in the most timely and cost-effective way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Digital Twin Al<\/strong> techniques are then applied to provide quantitative guidance on the effectiveness and cost-benefit of different remedial approaches.
